In these classes you will learn some basic skills and techniques to help you in your painting journey; We will mostly work from photos and go through the elements of designing a good painting. Emphasis will be placed on starting with simplified shapes and generalized areas of colour, and being attentive to the effects of light and atmospheric perspective on a landscape.
You will learn how to prepare surfaces, maintain your brushes, paint set up and more.
I will offer support and guidance each step of the way to ensure you to have the best experience possible!

Weekly, June thru September 2024
You can pick one time slot in the day, come once a week or both days, up to you!
If you have a friend or two and want to come at another time, contact me with your request and we will see what we can do!

Supplies
Bring your own or we help make your life easier by providing all the materials and supplies needed for an added fee of $20/4 sessions. This includes, acrylic paints, 16x20 canvas, brushes etc.
